52 LIME STREET 

Buxton & McNulty were contracted to provide materials, labour and plant for the Category A fit out works to 6 floors. Neighbouring the Gherkin, the Scalpel’s outline adds dynamism to what is already one of the most recognised skylines in the world. The Lime Street tower provides approximately 37,000sqm of office accommodation over 35 office floors, plus shops and restaurants


 

SOUTHBANK PLACE 

Buxton & McNulty were contracted to supply and install the mechanical and public health installations on Block 4a. We carried out the Shell & Core infrastructure from ground to Level 36. A mix of offices, homes and retail space are integrated with open and attractive public areas, while new pedestrian routes connect nearby Waterloo Station with the South Bank of the River Thames.


30 SOUTH COLONNADE 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to supply and install mechanical and public health services on commercial building. The building stands at 75.5 m (248 ft) tall, with a total of 17 floors – a ground floor, upper ground floor, mezzanine level and 14 upper floors including a rooftop terrace. The building design focuses on sustainability and wellness with extensive on floor terraces, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum ESG certificates and an all-electric strategy. It has been designed to be net zero in operation.


80 FENCHURCH STREET 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to supply and install mechanical and public health services on this 14 storey building. We will be carrying out the Shell & Core and the Cat A Fit Out. Eighty Fenchurch Street is a 14-storey building comprising 22,000 square meters of office accommodation and about 1,100 square meters of retail space. The scheme will target a BREEAM excellent rating.


ARTHUR STREET PARK EAST 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to supply and install mechanical shell and core, apartment fit out and above ground drainage on this building. Park East is a £95 million development in Erith, completed in 2023, with Housing Association Orbit in partnership with the London Borough of Bexley. The project saw 320 new homes built, of which 20% were for private sale, 24% Shared Ownership and 56% for rent to accommodate a mixed tenure community.


CANADA WATER PLOT A1 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to supply and install mechanical and public health services on this commercial office building. We will be carrying out the Shell & Core and the Apartment Fit Out. Canada Water Plot A1 is made up of four distinct blocks sitting a-top a plot-wide basement; three office blocks including approximately 270,000 sq. ft. of retail space; and a 35-storey residential tower. The project A1 Residential has a value of £157.2m. The residential tower will provide 186 high quality, new homes in the heart of Southwark, ranging from studios to three-bed apartments. New communal spaces and terraces will also overlook central London, Canary Wharf and Greenwich.


Excel Phase 3 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to supply and install mechanical services on this commercial venue. Within the new development will be 12,000sqm of exhibition space on the ground floor, seamlessly integrated into the existing venue. This will be complemented on the upper level with high-end convention space, modern meeting rooms and catering facilities. In addition, ExCeL has sought to create the most sustainable scheme possible and will be targeting a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) rating of ‘Excellent’ – surpassing the recognised industry standard. As with the current venue, the electricity supply will be 100% from renewable sources, whilst the gas supply will be carbon offset.


The Monument Building 

Buxton & McNulty were contracted for the installation of the mechanical and public health services on this ten-storey building that is located in the heart of the city of London. It creates a stunning backdrop to The Monument, the famous landmark that commemorates the Great Fire of London in 1666. The Monument building was designed by architect Ken Shuttleworth's Make, and has 8,000sqm of office space and 370sqm for retailers. Four of the floors have terraces, which provide excellent views of the capital. It's designed to meet the BREEAM excellent environmental standard.


HMP Thameside Expansion 

Buxton & McNulty carried out the installation of the mechanical and public health services within a new cell block and industries building education centre within Bellmarsh Prison . HMP Thameside is a category B custodial environment, housing 1,200 men. The new house block T14 is comprised of 216 cells.


Creechurch Place 

Buxton & McNulty completed the mechanical and public health installations on this 18-Storey building. We carried out the Shell & Core infrastructure as well as the Category A fit out works. Creechurch Place provides 272,500 sq ft of spectacular office space over 17 floors, with excellent natural light and stunning views across the City and has Wiredscore Platinum status and a BREEAM Excellent rating.


Battersea Power Station Phase 1 

Buxton & McNulty have been contracted to complete the apartment fit out to circa 600 apartments within this prestigious development, first phase. The first phase of the iconic Battersea Power Station project consists of 12 high rise residential blocks to the west of the 39-acre site. Providing 850 residential apartments, retail facilities, theatre space, business studios and two levels of parking.


Tottenham Training Ground 

Buxton & McNulty completed the mechanical, public health and gas services on this New Build Project. The new architecturally designed Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre has been built on 77 acres and is located on Hotspur Way, Enfield. It is the home of the Club's First Team and Academy and is recognised as one of the best in Europe.


Skinners Academy 

Buxton & McNulty were contracted to provide plant and labour for the installation of the mechanical and public health services for this new build school. Skinners' Academy was founded by the Worshipful Company of Skinners, a London Livery Company. It is a secondary school and sixth form with academy status, and was opened in the Stamford Hill area of Hackney in 1890


St Barts Hospital 

St Bart's is a very prestigious contract for Buxton & McNulty. This was the first project where we have been responsible for the design of pipework routes including producing coordinated drawings incorporating expansion & contraction. We have supplied a complete package to Skanska including pipework installation, materials, ductwork installations, thermal installation and flushing and commissioning for the infrastructure system for conversion from Steam to Low Temperature Hot Water. We have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 on programme.
